Eisenhower was found roaming the neighborhood by his foster mom after she saw him almost get hit by a car. She noticed he had some bite wounds when she took him home. After a visit to the vet's office and a few days of settling in he was good as new. He's a friendly boy who loves to play and run around. When he gets really excited, he makes a quite low gurgle/howling sound that is very funny. Eisenhower is very happy and a sweet boy who LOVES to cuddle. He would like a home either with another large dog or where he is the only pet. Even though he gets along great with his foster brother and sister he can be a bit excitable and some other dogs don't take that too well. Eisenhower is housebroken and is still working on walking on a leash (he does best if he has a Control Ease Head Collar). He is up to date on his shots, neutered and micro chipped. He is eagerly searching for his Forever Home. If you'd like to meet this handsome guy just fill out one of the online applications. His foster parent will contact you and then you can see how he fits in with your family with the Rent-a-Pet program. **Please note that Eisenhower is in a foster home and not at the shelter.
