My name is Gurl and I am so thankful that Stray Rescue came along to save me! When Stray Rescue came along I was living in an abandoned house where I was very scared and wasn't sure if people were good or bad. It took me a while to get used to things and for the first few months with my foster mom I was afraid of everything and everyone, but once she and my foster brother proved to me that they loved me, I decided to show them nothing but love!! I love to play with my foster brother and love all dogs, really! I even love my cat brother and sisters, I let them give me kisses and baths sometimes when I'm feeling extra generous. I love toys and cant get enough sunshine! But I'm afraid of squeakers, they make me run and hide...just something about that sound! I'm the perfect girl for you if you're looking for a friendly, lovable, laid back and gentle lady. It may take me a while to warm up, so I need a new family with lots of love to give, but once I come out of my shell I promise you won't be disappointed! I am potty trained and know basic commands like "leave it" and "sit". There's no need to put me in a crate because I can be trusted in the house. I'm spayed, microchipped and up to date on all of my vaccinations and I qualify for the Senior for Seniors Program!
